Description

Perform Physical sales & Marketing as per company goal
Advise clients on Tax planning with our software
Identify new sales opportunities
Build strong client relationships
Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell
Provide customer support when needed
Learn new product and services features and benefits
Provide professional after-sales support
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Prepare and present reports on KPIs
Review the company's systems and analyze risk
Perform Physical sales & Marketing as per company goal
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor of Commerce / Marketing / MBA / BBA (Knowledge about the ERP/CRM Software)
Proficient user of Financial & VAT complaint Software's
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Able to manage, guide and lead to solve issues
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Great interpersonal and communication skills
