Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Marketing and Sales Officer

to join our team on a

part-time commission basis

. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled in promoting and selling training services to individuals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Promote RIS Academy's courses across online platforms, educational forums, and community groups. Generate leads and convert them into enrollments through phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person communication. Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. Create and share marketing content on social media, WhatsApp groups, and community networks. Establish partnerships with colleges, career centers, and businesses for bulk training opportunities. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets. Provide weekly reports on performance and lead conversion status.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (preferably in the education/training industry). Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, WhatsApp marketing, etc.) is a plus. Basic understanding of IT training programs is an advantage. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Must have access to a phone, internet, and computer for remote work.
