Key Responsibilities:Sales:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, phone calls, emails, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
May involve local travel for client visits
Earn commissions based on the sales you generate -- the more you sell, the more you earn
Administrative Support:
Assist with preparing sales documents, quotations, and invoices
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Perform data entry and support document handling and printing
Answer phone calls and handle general office inquiries
Liaise with other departments for processing and logistics
Support general clerical work as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
Prior experience in sales or admin support is preferred
Willingness to travel locally for sales meetings, if required
