Sales & Marketing Executive (Hotel/Resort)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our hotel/resort's services and increase occupancy and revenue. This role involves developing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase bookings. Promote the hotel/resort's services through digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, and partnerships. Maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Manage OTA (Online Travel Agency) listings and ensure up-to-date content and pricing. Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Prepare and present proposals and contracts to prospective clients. Work closely with the operations and front office teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor booking trends, occupancy rates, and revenue targets. Create marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in hotel/resort sales and marketing or a similar role.
