Pyroshield is a leading Fire and Safety company specializing in Fire and Safety of Products/Services. We are seeking a dynamic Individual as a fresher or with 1 to 2 year Experience to join our team and learn how to drive the sales and marketing to new heights.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Executive will learn and also be responsible for developing sales. This role requires an idea and interest to learn planning, execution, and marketing to achieve revenue targets and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Should be Fluent in English or Hindi. Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Should have an idea of marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn, understand and analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools is an added advantage. Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment under extreme pressure as well.
