Create awareness about all our services
Handle all the leads via website, social media channels, email marketing, telecalls, enquiries etc
Any leads generated from social media, ensure to contact them within 5 min
Tracking all the leads, follow up and till deal closure
Maintain and update customer database daily
Provide summary of business performance every month
Engage your customers, provide tips on vehicle maintenance.
Conduct Quiz and create polls on Instagram to engage and teach your customers about vehicle maintenance.
Create coupon and loyalty programs to acknowledge your loyal customers.
Use Email, SMS and WhatsApp to engage with customers.
Remind customers of their next service visit, share invoices and other service information.
