Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - Business Development (General Contracting)

Location:

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience Required:

5-10 years in Business Development in the UAE, specifically in the General Contracting sector

Job Type:

Full-time (Preferably under Spouse Visa or Own Visa)

Note: Must be willing to travel across different locations within the UAE to meet new clients and explore opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the general contracting sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities. Represent the company in meetings with key clients and stakeholders. Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and follow up until closure. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery. Attend networking events and industry exhibitions to promote company services.

Qualifications and Skills:

5-10 years of proven experience in

business development

in the

UAE

, preferably in

general contracting

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in

English

;

Arabic

is an added advantage. Strong understanding of

tendering

proposal development

, and

client relationship management

. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Must be

under a spouse visa or have own visa

. Must be proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Must be flexible and open to travel across emirates as part of client engagement.
