Job Description

Generate new business inquiries by interfacing with potential customers via phone and social media marketing to sell and promote the company's products and services, as well as respond to future business inquiries. The applicant will be responsible for sales and business development, with a focus on engaging potential clients remotely. The candidate should be smart, energetic, and possess strong communication skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities, troubleshooting skills, and sales closing skills. Executives are likely to work closely in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution. Responsibilities include sales, lead generation, marketing, business development, and creating marketing plans and activities to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Ensure precise order processing to fulfill customer requests efficiently. Handle any customer grievances promptly and professionally to uphold the company's reputation.
Comprehensive training will be provided for freshers. Candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment are encouraged to apply.

Familiar with using and managing various social media platforms for communication, promotion, and basic content handling.

Proficient in Email Communication, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
