Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, promoting the company's interior fit-out services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves coordinating with design, estimation, and project teams to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality). Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable company solutions. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the estimation and design teams. Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closing of contracts. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Marketing & Promotion

Promote the company's interior fit-out services, portfolio, and brand in the market. Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials. Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings. Maintain and update company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact during the pre-contract stage. Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Research & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and contracts.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, project management) to ensure smooth project handover. Support project teams during execution when required for client communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in sales and marketing, preferably in

interior fit-out or construction industry

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and fit-out scopes. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage. UAE driving license is preferred.
