Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into bookings for desert safaris, adventure activities, and VIP packages.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, online platforms, and offline channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and travel agents.
Track staff and vehicles assign duties.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and report insights to management.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with social media and basic marketing tools.
Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of Dubai tourism and local attractions is an advantage.
