Sales & Marketing Executive

to support business growth by combining strong sales execution with impactful marketing and brand-building activities.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market penetration. This role requires hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage FMCG sector, along with creativity, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement sales initiatives to achieve revenue and volume targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities within fast-food chains, restaurants, wholesalers, and food service operators. Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring high satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and purchasing managers. Manage and grow key accounts to maximize long-term sales and brand presence. Ensure products are correctly implemented, displayed, and used optimally by customers. Attend client meetings, sales visits, trade shows, and industry events as required. Provide actionable market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

Support and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product recognition. Plan, organize, and participate in promotional events, tastings, product launches, and brand activations. Coordinate closely with the marketing team and external partners on promotional activities. Communicate new product launches and promotional opportunities to customers. Assist in developing innovative strategies to strengthen brand visibility in the market.

Digital Marketing & Content Support

Support social media activities by assisting with content creation, promotions, and customer engagement. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as banners, flyers, social media content, and sales presentations. Assist with Arabic content creation, translation, and localization for marketing materials and social media platforms. Monitor market and social media trends to support relevant promotional initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

(required). Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the FMCG Food & Beverage sector (required). Prior GCC market experience in Food & Beverage (required). Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) (required). Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of marketing, brand promotion, and event activation. Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as a

strong team player

. Valid UAE driving license (required). Must be currently based in Dubai.
Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary:

AED 7,500 per month

Sales Bonus:

Negotiable based on performance
Job Type: Full-time
