As a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, you will lead the company's sales initiatives, drive marketing strategies, and ensure strong occupancy performance for our business center. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales & Client Acquisition
Managing the full sales cycle--from lead generation to closing deals--for office spaces and business center services.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate partners.
Conducting site tours, presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into clients.
Maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Identifying new business opportunities, corporate accounts, and partnership channels.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Planning and executing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Managing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing
, and other digital platforms.
Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting to refine marketing initiatives.
Developing sales and promotional materials including brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital ads.
Real Estate Portal & Online Presence Management
Creating and managing listings on
Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle
, and relevant commercial property portals.
Ensuring high-quality property descriptions, media, and SEO-optimized listing performance.
Monitoring online inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
Social Media & Content Creation
Managing social media channels with engaging content, regular posting schedules, and performance monitoring.
Creating content strategies tailored to audience engagement and brand building.
Client Relations & After-Sales Support
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service follow-up.
Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and office preparation for new clients.
Reporting & Coordination
Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
Working closely with the marketing, operations, and management teams for aligned business strategies.
Requirements & SkillsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Sales, Marketing, Business Administration
, or related field.
Experience
Minimum
5 years of proven experience
in
sales and marketing
, preferably in real estate, business centers, or commercial leasing.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical & Professional Skills

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
