The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hotel's rooms, F&B outlets, events, and services to achieve revenue targets. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, market analysis, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooms, banquets, events, and F&B outlets
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and rate agreements
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and hotel events
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Candidate Requirements
Female candidate (as per role requirement)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
Minimum
2-3 years' experience
in Sales & Marketing within a
4 or 5-star hotel
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems (Opera, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Fluency in English is required;
Arabic or additional languages
will be an advantage
