We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our business, strengthen client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Work in full compliance with company guidelines and standards.

Identify new customers and manage existing accounts.

Maintain and expand client relationships through consistent follow-up.

Analyze RFQs, prepare competitive quotations, and follow up to convert offers into orders.

Recommend pricing strategies and negotiate final terms.

Ensure smooth onboarding and clear understanding of company offerings for new clients.

Sales Planning & Reporting

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare and present sales forecasts to management.

Track all offers (won/lost) and document updates in the MRM system.

Update the MRM with activities, progress, and action plans.

Attend exhibitions and trade shows to explore business opportunities.

Handle sales, procurement, and marketing tasks within your assigned business unit.

Promote the company through meetings, calls, and outreach campaigns.

Supplier Management & Technical Coordination

Identify and onboard reliable suppliers.

Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.

Review supplier quotations and prepare costing sheets.

Study technical documents before submitting offers.

Support the team with supplier selection and urgent procurement requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in industrial or trading sectors).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand RFQs and prepare accurate quotations.
