Job Description

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that will help us promote our services and expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the firm's services and increase brand awareness.

Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
Arrange meetings with potential clients to introduce our company by sharing brochures and contact details.

Please reach out to potential clients via email and phone by extracting client data from available sources.

Identify new marketing opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency of messaging across all platforms.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage the firm's online presence, including website and social media accounts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of outdoor marketing experience is mandatory, preferably in the accounting industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing software

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
