Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales & Marketing professional

to promote our company's products and services, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in market research, sales strategy, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities through networking, social media, and industry events. Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Collaborate with management to create promotional campaigns and marketing materials. Handle online marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and website updates. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on goals and achievements. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to increase brand visibility. Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 2-5 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing platforms. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage. UAE driving license preferred (if applicable).
