Job Description
We are seeking a
dynamic, energetic, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of theinterior fitout and contracting industry
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and convert them into projects. Meet clients, understand their requirements, and prepare quotations with the technical team. Coordinate with the social media handling team to post and promote ongoing and completed projects on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Visit project sites and attend client meetings when required. Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in updating the company website and marketing materials. Prepare weekly reports on leads, inquiries, and sales performance.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in Interior Fitout or Construction field). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Energetic personality with a passion for achieving sales targets. UAE Driving License preferred. Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
