Riti Realty is a fast-growing real estate agency in Dubai with a strong track record in property sales and leasing. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated

Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Preferred)

to work across Dubai's most dynamic communities, offering clients exceptional property solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sales & leasing of residential properties including apartments, villas, penthouses, and waterfront units. Advertise and market properties through online portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder. Conduct client meetings, property tours, and handle negotiations. Stay updated with Dubai's market trends, rental rates, and community developments. Prepare tenancy contracts and assist with property transfers in line with RERA requirements. Work with both company-provided leads and actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and telesales.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-6 months+ experience in Dubai real estate sales. Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and residential property types. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with Dubai property portals and RERA compliance. Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-focused. UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
