Role Overview

We are seeking a results?driven

Sales & Marketing Executive

with

at least 2 years of UAE experience

. The role combines student recruitment, marketing execution, and

student counselling

to convert enquiries into successful admissions for our partner universities.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full student recruitment funnel: lead generation, enquiry handling, counselling, application support, and conversion to enrolment. Provide

one?to?one counselling

to students and parents on programmes, admissions requirements, scholarships, fees, and timelines; maintain high standards of ethical guidance. Build and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors, and corporate partners across the UAE/GCC to generate leads. Execute digital marketing campaigns (social, email, WhatsApp, landing pages) and coordinate with agencies/designers as needed. Manage the CRM: log leads, track follow?ups, and report weekly on KPIs (leads, show?ups, offers, conversions, revenue). Increase Instagram followers, and for Youtube and Tiktok Create and localise marketing content (brochures, posts, short videos, basic ads); ensure brand and partner compliance. Deliver exceptional post?offer support to maximise enrolment and student satisfaction.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience

in education recruitment, student counselling, training/ed?tech, or services sales. Strong

communication and presentation skills

in English; confident with phone and in?person counselling. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta/Google campaigns, email automation, basic analytics) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
