Job Summary:

Al Farusia Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively to drive sales growth and marketing initiatives for our real estate business.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct property presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Marketing

:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Al Farusia's properties and services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and follow-up.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on sales performance and marketing metrics.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary package (AED 3,000 - AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience).
