Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Engineering Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in engineering services--especially in HVAC, refrigeration systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, trading, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our services, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC, refrigeration, engineering maintenance, troubleshooting, and turnkey project services. Visit potential customers, consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and industries to promote our engineering services and solutions. Understand technical requirements of clients and offer suitable solutions tailored to their needs. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into confirmed business orders. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support strategy development. Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and operations teams for project execution and customer support. Promote AMC contracts and service packages for long-term client retention. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and achieve set targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC / Engineering or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing or sales of engineering services, especially in HVAC, refrigeration, or MEP sectors. Strong technical understanding of engineering systems and solutions. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. UAE driving license is

mandatory

. Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).

Preferred Experience in:

HVAC System Solutions & Equipment Refrigeration Systems Facility Maintenance Contracts (AMC) Engineering Troubleshooting Services Project Execution and Coordination Engineering Material & Equipment Trading
