Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) equipment

. The role involves handling

inbound and outbound calls

, responding to inquiries,

converting leads into sales

, and actively participating in

digital and social media marketing efforts

. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and follow-up skills with a technical mindset and a modern marketing approach and have a strong understanding of industrial inspection technologies and a passion for developing customer relationships within sectors like oil & gas, power, manufacturing, aerospace, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Conversion

Handle

inbound calls, messages, and emails

, identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. Make

outgoing calls

to new and existing leads to generate interest and close sales.

Follow up regularly

with prospects and clients through calls, emails, and messaging to convert inquiries into confirmed business. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service agreements in coordination with technical and training teams.

Marketing & Digital Outreach*
Assist in

planning and executing marketing campaigns

, both offline and online, to promote NDT equipment and training services. Actively manage and update

social media platforms

(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content, promotions, and product highlights. Monitor digital trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and lead generation. Work with the marketing team to create content such as brochures, banners, email newsletters, and social posts. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to generate new leads and strengthen brand presence.

Build and maintain strong client relationships across industries like oil & gas, manufacturing, aerospace, and infrastructure. Provide

pre-sales and post-sales support

, responding promptly to client queries and ensuring satisfaction. Liaise with technical and training departments to offer tailored solutions based on client requirements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

2 to 5 years of UAE experience in sales and marketing of technical products or services. Experience in technical training or certification services is a plus. Familiarity with NDT equipment or certification schemes (ASNT, ISO 9712, PCN) is an added advantage.
