Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle
inbound calls, messages, and emails
, identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Make
outgoing calls
to new and existing leads to generate interest and close sales.
Follow up regularly
with prospects and clients through calls, emails, and messaging to convert inquiries into confirmed business.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service agreements in coordination with technical and training teams.Marketing & Digital Outreach* Assist in
planning and executing marketing campaigns
, both offline and online, to promote NDT equipment and training services.
Actively manage and update
social media platforms
(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content, promotions, and product highlights.
Monitor digital trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and lead generation.
Work with the marketing team to create content such as brochures, banners, email newsletters, and social posts.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to generate new leads and strengthen brand presence.

Provide
pre-sales and post-sales support

2 to 5 years of UAE experience in sales and marketing of technical products or services.
Experience in technical training or certification services is a plus.
