We are looking for a results-driven Marketing and Sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT services or staff outsourcing recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our operations across the Middle East, developing new business opportunities, and establishing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for the UAE and Middle East markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and staff outsourcing recruitment. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners. Promote Alzawiatech's services including web development, digital marketing, cybersecurity, staffing, and HR solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials. Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently. Provide market feedback and insights to help shape our service offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing and sales within the IT services or staff outsourcing recruitment industry. Strong understanding of the Middle East IT market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
