Build Own Developers is seeking a dynamic sales and marketing professional,

native to Kerala and fluent in Malayalam

, for our Dubai office to promote our villa projects in Kochi and Trivandrum, Kerala. In this role, you will drive sales, build strong relationships with clients, and coordinate with our sales team in Kerala to ensure seamless communication and strategy execution. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure continued business growth. Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels. Stay up-to-date with changes in sales and marketing best practices and emerging technologies. Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. Demonstrating and presenting products. Maintaining accurate records. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings. Reviewing sales performance. Negotiating contracts and packages. Closing sales.

Requirements:

Native to Kerala and fluency in Malayalam is a must. 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or related industries. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Kerala (Kochi and Trivandrum) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
