Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell our products and services to new and existing clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels. Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business. Update CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports. Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (UAE sales experience is mandatory). Background in IT, digital services, or product sales is highly preferred. Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken). Well-presented, confident, self-motivated, and goal-driven. Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and email communication. Strong ability to handle clients independently and close deals efficiently. Must be available to join immediately.
