Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify potential clients in need of services such as digital printing, displays, woodwork, metalwork, event setups, and more.
Sales & Business Development:
Present the company's diverse services including event setups, exhibition stands, vehicle branding, heritage branding, and more.
Prepare and submit proposals/quotes to clients tailored to their needs.
Close sales deals and achieve set revenue targets.
Collaboration with Design and Project Teams:
Coordinate closely with the design team to understand client requirements for services like mall setups, promotional stands, and showroom/shop interiors.
Work with project managers to ensure smooth execution of services like backdrops, stage setups, inflatable balloons, and arches.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on trends in digital printing, event setups, and other display-related services.
Monitor competitors' offerings and pricing to ensure the company remains competitive.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
Negotiate prices, timelines, and service terms with clients.
Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring all legal aspects are covered.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate sales records and report regularly on sales performance.
Track leads, conversions, and other sales metrics.
Key Skills Required:
Sales Skills: Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals in a wide variety of services.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of services like digital printing, woodwork, metalwork, event setups, vehicle branding, exhibition stands, and more.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English, Hindi, and Arabic).
Networking: Ability to connect with potential clients and influencers in related industries through social media and internet.
Project Management: Basic understanding of project execution in areas such as exhibition stands, promotional setups, and event coordination.
Qualifications:
Background in business, sales, or design-related fields is beneficial.
Previous experience in sales, particularly in digital printing, event setups, displays, or the fit-out sector, is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with design software or technical drawings can be a plus.
Language Requirements: Fluent in Hindi & English (Arabic is a plus).
Certification: Valid UAE driving license is required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
