Job Description
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-time Staycia is a start-up holiday home management company in Dubai, and we are currently seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company, as well as building brand awareness and promoting our services to potential clients. Assistance in the operational aspect of the company will also be required. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and sales for the company.
- Research and analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and promote our services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure the effective delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities and results.
- Assist in operational day to days of a holiday home company when required (i.e. greet clients, check-out inspections, etc.)
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Have reliable transportation means.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you own and operate a car with a UAE license? (Yes/No)
- Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Marketing Executive: 2 years (Preferred)
