GETP Intercare Technical Services and Maintenance
is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales & Marketing Executive
with proven experience in theConstruction and Fit-out sector
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and promoting the company's services to potential clients and partners.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and fit-out industry Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives Conduct market research and monitor competitors Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of Sales & Marketing experience
in theConstruction or Fit-out sector
Valid Qatar Driving License is a must
Strong knowledge of the local market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantageHow to Apply:
