Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting interior decoration and fit-out projects across Qatar. The role combines project-based sales with marketing initiatives to grow the company's presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and secure new interior decoration and fit-out projects in Qatar. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and design presentations. Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and follow-ups. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams. Support marketing activities and manage company branding, portfolios, and digital presence. Achieve sales targets and business development goals. Submit weekly sales Report .
Requirements & Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in

interior decoration & fit-out sales/marketing in Qatar

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of interior decoration materials, finishes, and fit-out processes. Ability to read drawings and understand BOQs is a plus. Proficient in MS Office; CRM and digital marketing experience preferred. Valid Qatar driving license preferred with service vehicle.
