Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to promote our products/services, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate and close deals with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products/services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing and sales (1-3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
