Gulf Sail Contracting LLC is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive with a Civil Engineering background and 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities Meet clients, consultants, and developers Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents Coordinate with technical and project teams Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 2-3 years of experience in construction sales/marketing Strong communication and negotiation skills Must know English, Hindi, and Malayalam Male or Female candidates can apply UAE driving license preferred
Salary:

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
