Job Description

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to work directly with Doctor, a medical doctor and researcher specializing in aesthetic dermatology, laser treatments, and regenerative medicine, at Medical Center in Jumeirah 1 Dubai.

This position offers a hybrid or remote opportunity for a motivated professional who can actively recruit and communicate with patients, manage marketing campaigns, and assist in promoting clinical and research activities led by Doctor.

Key Responsibilities'

Recruit and follow up with patients interested in specific treatments:

Skin Laxity / Sagging: face, neck, double chin Lipolysis / Fat Reduction: abdominal, belly fat Pigmentation: melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) Scars: surgical (C-section etc.) and non-surgical (acne scars, keloids, hypertrophic, atrophic) Call and communicate directly with potential patients to explain procedures, offers, and booking steps. Create, manage, and monitor digital campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads etc.). Support the promotion of educational & research projects, including workshops, studies, and clinical trials. Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to ensure smooth coordination and patient satisfaction. Maintain organized reports on leads, bookings, and marketing performance.
Treatment Areas to Promote

Medical & Topical Therapies: creams, PRP, injections Laser & Device Treatments: Aerolase Neo, Sofwave, Nd:YAG, RF Microneedling, etc. Research & Innovation: aesthetic and regenerative medicine studies, patient education campaigns
Requirements

Previous experience in healthcare marketing Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills Knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation tools English fluency (Arabic is a plus) Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
