Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Conducted product presentations, negotiated contracts, and closed deals. Monitor sales data and report performance to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Guide with the new scope of projects as per the new trends in the market.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition. Develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content. Coordinate with digital marketing team, such as SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media advertising. Plan and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand. Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Events Company.

Skills

: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems. Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends. Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities. Skills in producing charts, icons, logos, tables, plots & flowcharts Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
