Job Title

: Salesperson - Typing Centre

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 2,000 - 3,000 per month (Basic) + Attractive Incentives.

Job Summary

:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Typing Centre in Abu Dhabi. The role involves promoting our services, building strong relationships with clients (especially corporate), and helping the business achieve profit targets through service fee generation. This position includes a fixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

:
Promote the centre's services, including typing, document processing, and government transaction assistance (e.g., Emirates ID, visa services, labour contracts, etc.).

Build and maintain relationships with clients, companies, and government-linked entities.

Meet monthly targets by generating sufficient volume of transactions and service fees.

Understand and explain various government service processes to clients clearly and accurately.

Assist clients in completing required documentation and ensure smooth transaction flow.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.

Maintain records of daily client interactions and transactions for reporting purposes.

Salary & Incentive Structure

:

Basic Salary

: AED 2,000 - 3,000 per month

Performance Incentives

:
If monthly profit from service fees reaches AED 15,000, an extra AED 1,000 bonus will be given.
If monthly profit reaches AED 20,000, an extra AED 2,000 bonus will be paid.

Note

: Minimum expected performance is to help the centre generate AED 10,000 in monthly profit through service fees. Incentives are based on actual net profit generated from services rendered.

Requirements

:
Previous experience in a typing centre or service-related role (preferred).

Good knowledge of government-related services in the UAE (e.g., immigration, labour, licensing).

Strong communication and sales skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
