Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee interior/fit-out activities on-site.
- Manage crews, ensure compliance, and optimize project costs.
- Identify and sell commercial interiors and design solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Network in the real estate, construction, and design/architecture community.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track projects and manage tenders and proposals.
- 8-10 years fit-out interior project sales experience.
- Proven record in interiors industry.
- Strong network in real estate, construction, and design/architecture.
- 5-7 years UAE experience, joinery fit-out knowledge.
- High-revenue client acquisition experience.
- UAE driving license is a must.
- Well-funded and experienced business.
- Mentorship from seasoned directors.
