Identify, onboard, and nurture broker/channel partners across the UAE.
Build a robust partner ecosystem that delivers consistent and high-quality leads and bookings.
Sales Leadership:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through channel partners.
Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align campaign objectives and broker initiatives.
Relationship Management:
Build strong long-term relationships with top-performing brokers and key influencers in the market.
Organize broker meets, incentive schemes, and recognition programs.
Performance Monitoring:
Track partner performance, maintain sales dashboards, and optimize the broker pipeline.
Identify gaps in partner performance and initiate corrective measures.
Training & Enablement:
Regularly train broker partners on HJ Real Estates' project portfolio, USPs, legal framework, and sales processes.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all broker agreements, commissions, and compliance protocols are followed.
Work with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely partner payouts.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that affect channel sales.
Share insights with leadership to inform strategy.
