We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, pro-active, and assertive individuals for Sales Manager position to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis. Job Location: Dubai Experience: Minimum 3 years(Real Estate) Ideal candidate should
Prospect potential clients, analyze market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deals
Plan monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame
Handle sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target
Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target
Present to customers and manage activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals
Handle client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly
Maintain an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients within the region and international level as well
Update customers data and sales records diligently on salesforce
Coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork
Verify all relevant documents, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time
Have knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust
Adhere and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies
Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
Be a strong team player and goal orientated
Have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills, also effective negotiation and analytical skills
