Job Description

1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for duplex rolls in the designated market. Set sales targets and ensure their achievement through effective planning, execution, and monitoring. 2. Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments for duplex roll distribution. Conduct market research, analyses competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends to maximize sales potential. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, provide product information, address inquiries, and offer appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of duplex rolls. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements while ensuring profitability for the company. 5. Order Processing and Documentation: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing, including accurate documentation, product availability, timely delivery, and invoicing. Monitor and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Sales Team Support and Training: Collaborate with the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their knowledge and selling skills. Foster a positive team environment and encourage teamwork to achieve collective sales targets. 7. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis. Utilize data and insights to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures. 8. Customer Service and After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and ensure prompt resolution of any customer complaints or issues. Collaborate with after-sales teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. 9. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with management in forecasting sales volumes and revenues, contributing to the budgeting and financial planning process. Monitor sales performance against targets and take proactive measures to achieve or exceed goals. 10. Industry Networking and Events: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company\'s presence and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
