Roles and Responsibilities of a Restaurant Sales Manager
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase restaurant revenue.
Identify and target potential clients for group bookings, events, and corporate partnerships.
Monitor sales performance and set monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow up on feedback to improve service and offerings.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, campaigns, and social media strategies.
Organize events and special promotions to drive footfall and sales.
Represent the restaurant at networking events and food exhibitions.
4. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the operations, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth coordination for events and large bookings.
Train staff on upselling techniques and customer service standards.
Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of sales executives (if applicable).
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Use CRM systems to track sales activities and customer engagement.
6. Budgeting & Planning
Assist in preparing the sales budget and managing promotional expenses.
Plan seasonal promotions and forecast expected revenue.
7. Event & Catering Sales
Manage private dining, catering, and banquet inquiries from booking to execution.
Coordinate logistics and ensure client expectations are met during events.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
