Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of wellness, slimming, fitness, and therapy packages
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Convert walk-in, inquiry, and lead-generated clients into paid programs
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Counsel clients on suitable programs in coordination with dieticians/physios
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and front-desk team
Plan promotions, offers, and sales campaigns to boost revenue
Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking
Coordinate with operations and clinical teams for smooth service delivery
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in wellness, healthcare, or fitness industry
Dietician or Physiotherapy background preferred
Strong client counseling and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with excellent conversion ratios
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Comfortable with CRM, MIS, and sales reporting
Leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 3-6 years of relevant sales experience
Experience in wellness / slimming / physiotherapy / aesthetic clinics is an advantage
