Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our trading division focused on Water and Wastewater Infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge and a strong network within the UAE construction and infrastructure market.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, securing vendor approvals, and managing the sales lifecycle for our core product lines: Pumps, Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes & Fittings, and Valves.
Strategic Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the Water and Wastewater infrastructure sector.
Identify new market opportunities and projects within the UAE (handling inquiries from EPC contractors, consultants, and government entities).
Maintain and expand the customer base by building lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Product & Technical Expertise
Act as the primary subject matter expert for Pumps, DI Pipes & Fittings, and Valves.
Provide technical support and product presentations to consultants and clients to secure product specifications.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals that meet client requirements and competitive standards.
Market Management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the UAE infrastructure market.
Experience & Education
Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience specifically within the Infrastructure sector.
Proven track record in the UAE market is mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
Deep technical understanding and sales experience with Pumps, DI Pipes & Fittings, and Valves is non-negotiable..
Skills & Competencies
Strong existing network with UAE Infrastructure Contractors and Engineering Consultants.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Valid GCC Driving License.
