Job Description

Guildhall is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to lead and expand our industrial tools business in the UAE. This is a strategic role responsible for managing key clients, developing new business opportunities, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts, including ADNOC, shipyards, aerospace companies, and other industrial clients.
  • Drive sales of hand tools, power tools, hydraulic tools, industrial equipment, and consumables.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Build and lead a team to support the business, including recruiting, training, and managing staff.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends, new business opportunities, and potential risks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in industrial tools and equipment sales, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.
  • Established network and customer connections with major industrial clients.
  • Track record of managing key accounts and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in team building and leadership.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
