Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track sales metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 5-10 years in sales with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Sector Experience: Retail, corporate sales, or industry-specific experience preferred.
