Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and healthcare providers.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for sales staff.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE pharmaceutical market.
Passion for women's wellness products is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license.
