Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track progress and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
