Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans targeting new and existing distribution channels.
Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities through additional distribution streams.
Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to drive online traffic, conversions, and meet digital sales targets.
Oversee and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and resource utilization goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a Sales/Commercial role within a DMC or Hotel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, delegation, and execution skills.
