RAKTech is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in ship repair & maintenance services and solid exposure to shipbuilding projects.
? Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth across ship repair, maintenance, and shipbuilding services ?
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships in the marine and oil & gas sectors ?
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence ?
Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored solutions ?
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy ?
? Requirements
8-10 years of sales experience in the marine industry
Strong knowledge of ship repair, maintenance, and shipbuilding processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills ?
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach ?
Based in UAE (preferred)
