JOB DESCRIPTION: Create a dynamic and successful sales environment by increasing sales and distribution of both new and existing product portfolios. Develop a new customer base and implement strategies to grow market share, enhance customer experience, and drive the growth of all product lines. Promote the company's products across Northern Emirates and other assigned trade channels by integrating effective sales and marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends and requirements. Strengthen brand positioning to support expansion in existing and new markets. Manage P&L responsibilities for each trade channel. Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Handle large corporate accounts and manage the sales team and related budgets. Analyze sales forecasts and consistently meet sales targets. Create regional account generation plans aligned with company goals. Strategically position brand opportunities in the market. Develop and implement sales strategies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts along with related MIS reports. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales is an advantage. 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Alcohol Industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build client trust. Proficient in MS Office, with strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Willingness to travel across the UAE; must hold a valid UAE Driving License. Preferred age: 30-35 years. Flexibility to work non-standard hours based on industry demands.
