Job Description

About the role: As the Sales Manager Corporate & Government, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and key decision-makers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the hotel's revenue objectives and market positioning.
Responsibility:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors to expand the hotel's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead negotiations and close agreements with corporate and government clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
