About the role: As the Sales Manager Corporate & Government, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and key decision-makers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the hotel's revenue objectives and market positioning. Responsibility:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors to expand the hotel's client base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Lead negotiations and close agreements with corporate and government clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
