We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales & BD Manager to drive sales growth in our HR and technology solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new business, and nurturing client relationships to ensure continued success and growth
:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HR consultancy services, including recruitment, employee outsourcing, training, and payroll management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized HR solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market insights to the management team to refine service offerings and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR consultancy or related industries in UAE
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
